PORTLAND - Smart Park garages in downtown Portland raised rates this month.
Prices now match city meter rates for the first four hours.
Portland's Bureau of Transportation studied a four-block radius around each of the city's six "smart park" garages to determine the new rates.
They now vary from $8 to $15 for all-day parking.
At the garage on 10th and Yamhill, the rate increased from $10 a day to $14.
