HILLSBORO, Ore. -- Portland-based Opus Interactive announced Thursday that it would team up with Fortune Data Center in order to expand its cloud based and colocation data hosting services.
Opus provides data hosting service with data centers in New York, New Jersey, California and Texas.
Opus stated it would expand into Fortune's 240,000 square foot LEED-Gold certified data center in Hillsboro. The move should be completed in March.
“We’ve had to turn away colocation business from potential customers who were looking for high-density power needs which were greater than we could accommodate,” said Eric Hulbert, Opus Interactive CEO.
Hulbert said that the expansion into Hillsboro would allow the company to expand its customer base and offer new services.
