PORTLAND – A grant program is coming to Portland for homebuyers who can afford the mortgage, but need help with the down payment.

NeighborhoodLIFT is funded with $5.15 million from the Wells Fargo Foundation and is designed for homebuyers with up to moderate incomes.

For more information, and to learn how to apply, go to Wells Fargo or Portland Housing Center websites.
