PORTLAND -- Footwear manufacturer KEEN, announced Tuesay that it has purchased a building in Portland’s Pearl District for its new company headquarters.
The 50,000-square-foot, five-story building is located at the corner of 13th & Glisan. It will have retail space on the bottom floor and office space above.
KEEN makes hybrid footwear, bags and socks.
"As pioneers, we continue to look for new ways to expand for growth, engage our brand, and energize our team. This latest project is another exciting step towards our commitment to Portland and our entire HybridLife Community around the world," said KEEN CEO James Curleigh.
The company plans to move into the new building and begin operations there by the end of 2012.
