SPRINGFIELD, Ore. (AP) — The Royal Caribbean call center in Springfield is hiring another 140 workers.
The center now has more than 500 employees and plans to have 900 in the next few years.
The Register-Guard reports (http://is.gd/FSyJya ) entry level workers start at $10.08 an hour, and full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health insurance and discounts on cruises.
Royal Caribbean opened the Springfield call center in 2006 with $1.3 million in incentives from the state.
