PORTLAND, Ore. -- Police responded to Northeast 9th Avenue and Alberta Street at about 1:30 a.m. Monday, after a caller had reported finding a woman on the ground.
She appeared to have at least one stab wound and was rushed to a nearby hospital. An investigation determined the wound was self-inflicted.
