PORTLAND -- A 54-year-old woman was arrested Friday for a hit-and-run crash that injured two women in their 70s in Southeast Portland.

Nonie Ann Enyeart, 54, was arrested Friday in connection with a hit-and-run on March 12 at Southeast 80th Avenue and Southeast Powell Boulevard, police said.

Mary Brooks, 71, and Juanita Miller, 76, were injured and taken to the hospital. They are both expected to recover, according to police.

Enyeart's silver Dodge Caravan was located and seized at Southeast 88th Avenue and Southeast Cora Street after police received a local tip. She was booked into Multnomah County Jail on two counts of hit-and-run and reckless driving, police said.
