PORTLAND - A woman was arrested for threatening she had a bomb while robbing a Southeast Portland bank Tuesday.
Portland Police said the suspect told a teller at the U.S. Bank on SE Cesar Chavez Boulevard that she had a bomb and demanded money. She then fled.
Police identified and arrested 36-year-old Jessica Ann Rupert on federal bank robbery charges.
Officers said they recovered an undisclosed amount of money and clothing worn during the robbery.
