VANCOUVER -- Police released photos Friday of a couple who reportedly returned a lost wallet Thursday morning at a McDonald's, but not before removing cash.
The couple was in the restaurant at Fourth Plain and Fort Vancouver Way about 10:45 a.m.. Surveillance video captured them finding the wallet in a booth.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of either of the persons shown is asked to contact the Vancouver Police.
"If the persons shown thoughtfully retained the money to ensure its safekeeping," said Sgt. Jay Alie, "they can turn it in at Vancouver Police West Precinct to be returned to the owner."
