PORTLAND -- A flatbed semi-truck carrying powder milk rolled over on Interstate 84 in eastern Oregon Wednesday, Oregon State Police said.

David A. Terry, 66, of Nampa, Ida. was driving his semi west on I-84 at approximately 12:20 p.m. when a right front tire problem caused him to lose control and veer onto the right shoulder of the road, according to Senior State Trooper Walt Anderson.

The truck hit a guardrail, rolled over and came to a rest along the shoulder of the road. Terry was using a safety belt and was unharmed. No milk was spilled, police said.
