PORTLAND -- Four teenagers were accused of the kidnapping and torture of a teenage boy in a Multnomah County grand jury courtroom Friday afternoon.

On Feb. 10, the 16-year-old victim met a girl near Southeast 122nd Avenue and Powell Boulevard. The teen girl then lured the victim to a nearby shed and once there, he was confronted by three other teens, ages 14 to 17, the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office confirmed Friday.

The victim was allegedly hit over the head with a crowbar and then taken into the shed. Prosecutors alleged the teen was shot with a BB gun in the finger, chest and groin. The suspects then carved a swastika symbol into his forehead and forced him to eat cat feces.

The captors then asked the victim for a skateboard and money. When the victim left to get the items he ran to an auto repair shop for help, according to the DA's office.

"He was very nervous and he cried," said Ariel Perez of Alexia Auto Repair.

"He had blood all over his face," added Alex Montoya.

The four suspects were arrested at 3266 SE 111th Avenue. Taylor, Montgomery and Kalmbach were  charged as adults for assault, kidnapping and robbery.

"I'm shocked and appalled that kids could do this to another kid," said neighborhood parent Julia Stanfield.

The grand jury deliberated on Friday and was considering additional charges.
