BEAVERTON -- A 13-year-old girl was forced into prostitution inside the Stars strip club, according to a search warrant affidavit.
The girl's ordeal started at a taco stand in Beaverton where she met Victor Moreno-Hernandez, 27, who brought her to Club 503 where a group of men paid $500 to rape the girl, according to the more than 140 pages of documents.
She told detectives Moreno-Hernandez introduced her to Steven Toth, manager at Stars Cabaret. Police say Toth had sex with the girl on numerous occasions.
Court documents allege Toth fed the underage girl hardcore drugs before ushering her into a back room at Stars where customers paid for sex and lap dances. The girl told authorities other dancers were forced to do the same thing.
The affidavit also names a third man, Yahir Ibidem Muniz, accusing him of sex-abuse and prostitution crimes along with Moreno-Hernandez and Toth.
"This isn't to say each and every woman in a strip club is being trafficked," said Joel Shapiro, a consultant with Shared Hope International. "It's fairly common for it to be a step in that direction."
Stars Cabaret declined to comment on the new revelations, but in a written statement last week they said they had no knowledge of prostitution at the club.
The victim in the case is seeking treatment at a facility in Arizona.
