PORTLAND -- An employee at a Northeast Portland T-Mobile store was unhurt after a man tied him up and robbed him at gunpoint Tuesday night.

The employee was outside the store in the 400 block of Northeast Broadway Avenue when the armed man approached.  He forced the employee back inside the store.  He stole his wallet and some other cash, tied his hands and took off.

The employee freed himself and called police.

The suspect was described as a black man, in his late 20s, 170 pounds, wearing dark clothing.
