MOUNT HOOD -- A skier who was lost Friday night on Mt. Hood was found safe early Saturday morning.
Emergency crews were looking for a 22-year-old Conor Roland-Chicvara of Portland who went missing around 8 p.m.
Roland-Chicvara called his mother to say that he was lost on the mountain in the Timberline Ski Area.
Emergency dispatchers were notified and used the GPS on Roland-Chicvara's cell phone to help locate him. Ski patrol found him in the Zig Zag Canyon around 1:30 a.m. He was not injured.
