PORTLAND -- Police say officers responded to a shots-fired call in the parking lot of a southeast Portland strip club.
A 27-year-old man told police he was shot at by someone he doesn't know early Wednesday and he returned fire.
Police say the man has a valid concealed weapons permit.
There were no injuries. The shooting is believed to be gang-related.
