PORTLAND – Five people were arrested in a raid on a North Portland home that had become the target of complaints about drug dealing.
Officers Wednesday served a search warrant at 3403 North Commercial Avenue.
The house was supplying a large amount of crack cocaine to drug users in the neighborhood, investigators said. Police seized suspected crack cocaine, drug packaging material, digital scales, a drug-related contraband, several cell phones, $1,245.00 in cash, and a shotgun.
Arrested were 47-year-old Johnny Ray Henry and 46-year-old McClenon Brown for distribution of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school,possession and frequenting a place where drugs are used and 50-year-old Willie Junior Henry 51-year-old Donald Ray Henry and 59-year-old Kenneth Johnson on drugs and weapons charges.
