BEAVERTON, Ore. -- Olympian runner Mo Farah's wife was a victim in a three-vehicle Beaverton hit-and-run crash over the weekend, and the driver responsible had allegedly been drinking, police said.

Tania Farah was shaken up after the crash, but she was not hurt, according to the Beaverton Police Department crash report. Neither of the other drivers was injured.

The suspect, 40-year-old Darcie Dunn of McMinnville, reportedly failed to notice Farah's car stopped for traffic on Northwest Cornell Road at 113th Avenue. Dunn then crashed into Farah's car, which collided with the car in front of hers, according to police.

Dunn allegedly left the scene and walked to a nearby house, where officers said she pretended to be asleep when they contacted her. The arresting officer said Dunn's eyes were bloodshot and her speech was slurred, but after her arrest she refused to participate in a field sobriety test or breath test.

Mo Farah later took to Twitter to let his fans know about the crash. "Drunk driver smashed in back of my wife's car..!! And then run off..!!" Farah said. "Wish I was there to chase them..!!!"
