The yacht that had people talking on the Oregon Coast is now docked in Portland. But the owner may not be who we thought he was.
Newspapers on the coast reported former Beatle Ringo Starr" owned it, and that the rock legend was in Astoria for its bicentennial celebration.
Well, not so fast. It now appears that the yacht is really owned by a British businessman, not Ringo. The yacht was spotted along the Willamette River Wednesday.
