PORTLAND -- The drama over a homeless camp at Northwest 4th Avenue and West Burnside in Portland may be coming to an end.

KGW received confirmation from the attorney of the Right 2 Dream Too camp that a deal has been reached to move the property to under the Broadway Bridge.

The space under the bridge is owned by the Portland Development Commission.

City Commissioner Amanda Fritz has been trying to broker the move and tweeted late Friday that she hadn’t heard if the deal is final.

The group has been negotiating with local officials for the past two years, and the group's chairman told KGW in late August an agreement was very close to being finalized.
