PORTLAND -- Police are offering a $1,000 reward that leads to an arrested in a Feb. 2013 Southeast Portland hit-and-run death.

Victorio Nogueda-Berrera, 57 (pictured), is wanted for felony hit-and-run after his white Ford Econoline was located.

Nogueda-Berrera was described as 5-foot-11 and 200 pounds, and police said he may be using the alias Adolfo Rodriguez to avoid authorities.

Tommy Zane Gann, 56, was struck about 5:40 a.m. on Feb. 14 at Southeast Holgate Street and Southeast 14th Avenue, according to Portland police. Gann was pronounced dead soon after he arrived at a nearby hospital.

The vehicle left the scene of the crash and discovered the next day.

Gann had been crossing Holgate diagonally from south to north when he was struck, police said.

Anyone with information on the hit-and-run was asked to call Portland police or leave a Crime Stoppers tip online.
