PORTLAND – After a week of clouds and rain, the sun will come out Monday, with temperatures reaching 80 degrees by mid-week.
Sunday should see off-and-on showers with temps in the mid- to upper-50s. Mt. Hood could get up to 8 inches of snowfall at Timberline, making for a great day of spring skiing.
Then, on Monday, the sun should come out and kick off a week of fantastic weather.
Monday will be in the low-60s, but Tuesday could hit the low to mid-70s.
Then, KGW Meteorologist Jim Donovan said metro area residents could see their first 80-degree days this year on Wednesday and Thursday.
Even if we don’t hit 80 degrees, KGW Meteorologist Nick Allard said we should soon see the warmest weather of the year so far, beating the previous high of 74 degrees.
