PORTLAND – Police want the public to be on the lookout for a man who’s been exposing himself to kids over the past three weeks in Northeast Portland.
On Tuesday morning, a female jogger told police the man exposed himself to her near Northeast 29th Avenue and Northeast Stanton Street.
In all other reports, the man approached kids who were around 10 to 12 years old and exposed himself to them from the street or on the sidewalk, said Sgt. Pete Simpson with Portland police.
The victims told police the man would pull down his boxers or expose himself through the opening in his underwear before running away.
The suspect was described as a white man, 20 to 40 years old, around 5-foot-10, and 180 lbs. He has dark brown hair, a scruffy face, and was wearing a white T-shirt, blue or green boxers and dirty old running shoes.
Incidents occurred at Northeast 36th Avenue and Northeast Klickitiat Street, Northeast 37th Avenue and Northeast Failing Street, and Northeast 70th Avenue and Northeast Shaver Street.
Anyone who sees the suspect was urged to call 911.
