PORTLAND -- Police are continuing an investigation in a fatal shooting overnight in Southeast Portland's Lents neighborhood.
Officers in the East Precinct received a report of the shooting about 1 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Southeast 82nd Avenue and Southeast Flavel Street.
They arrived to find 30-year-old Lloyd Frach III dead.
Officers interviewed and booked 21-year-old JC Jarell Brister and charged him with unlawful possession of a firearm on Saturday afternoon.
