PORTLAND -- A pedestrian was struck at a downtown Portland intersection Friday morning, police said.
The crash was reported near he intersection of Southwest 12th Avenue and Southwest Montgomery Street just before 9 a.m., according to dispatchers.
The intersection was closed and traffic was being rerouted, causing major delays to the morning commute.
Fire and emergency crews were at the scene. Police did not say how badly the pedestrian was hurt.
