CANBY, Ore. -- A young pedestrian was injured after being hit by a vehicle in Canby, police said.
He was struck at about 2:20 p.m. near the intersection of South Ivy Street and Southwest 1st Avenue, according to Troy Buzalsky of Canby Fire District #62.
The victim was taken to Oregon Health & Science University, where his injuries were not expected to be life-threatening.
