SALEM – The people in charge of the State of Oregon's website might want to take a history lesson after a non-presidential face showed up in the Presidents Day graphic Monday.

On Monday, Oregon.gov featured an image of three well-known political figures next to the headline, “President’s Day Feb. 17, 2014.”

The men pictured were Abraham Lincoln, George Washington and Alexander Hamilton.

The problem is, Hamilton (pictured left) was never president.

Matt Shelby, spokesman for Oregon.gov, admitted Tuesday that the webmaster made a mistake.
