SALEM -- It's a boost millions of people swear by, but there's an ongoing push to find out if the marketing behind 5-hour Energy drink adds up.

The Oregon Department of Justice wants access to uncensored documents from the makers and marketers of 5-hour Energy drink.

The company is fighting in court to keep redacted information private in an ongoing investigation by the DOJ.

Oregon is leading the investigation into claims that doctors recommend the product, and that it doesn't cause a crash.

The Food and Drug Administration has documented nearly 100 adverse incidents with 5-hour Energy, including 11 deaths.
