BEAVERTON, Ore. -- Fire crews were working to extract the occupant of a pickup truck and police were diverting traffic along Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway after a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning.

At approximately 8:40 a.m. two pickup trucks crash along Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway and 99th Ave, said Officer Mike Rowe of the Beaverton Police Department.

Emergency responders arrived and worked to extract one vehicle occupant who was pinned in due to a rollover. There were three occupants involved in the incident altogether, according to police. The number of injuries is unknown at this time.

Police were diverting westbound traffic and did not know how long the disruption would last.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
