PORTLAND, Ore. -- A motorcyclist is accused of leading police on a high speed chase while going at speeds up to 135 miles per hour.

Investigators say a Hood River officer was the first to spot Nikolay Mitkov speeding on I-84. He tried but failed to pull him over there.

An OSP officer spotted Mitkov in Corbett but he still didn't stop. A Portland officer finally stopped Mitkov on Highway 26 weaving in and out of heavy traffic at speeds of up to 90 mph.
