MILWAUKIE, Ore. - A Milwaukie man is accused of sexually abusing girls in his home and detectives are concerned there may be more victims who have not come forward.

Jason James Karsten, 41, was arrested Thursday on allegations of child sex abuse. Investigators believe he abused at least two 12-year-old girls in his home in the 6600 block of SE Plum Street in Milwaukie over the past year.

"It totally freaks me out," said neighbor Mindy Packham.  "As parents we need to know where our kids are."

Karsten was charged with three counts of sex abuse and lodged in the Clackamas County Jail. His bail was set at $750,000.

Anyone with information that may help investigators on this case was encouraged to contact the Milwaukie Police Department at 503-786-7500.
