HARRISBURG, Ore. (AP) -- The Linn County Sheriff's Office says a 24-year-old Junction City man is expected to survive a gunshot wound to the face that he sustained following a road-rage incident.
Deputies say the man was shot by a 60-year-old Harrisburg man after going with others to confront the driver of a vehicle from an earlier altercation on the road.
The victim was treated and released from a hospital in Eugene. Deputies say alcohol was a contributing factor in the confrontation. No charges have been filed.
