OREGON CITY, Ore. – An Oregon City man with reported mental health issues has been missing for nine days, police said.
Adrian Arin Chase, 35, left his cousin’s house where he had been staying in Oregon City on Dec. 5 or 6, according to Oregon City police.
Chase has reported mental health issues and was in need of his medication, police said.
Chase is around 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He may be wearing cream-colored jeans and gray and white tennis shoes.
In 2011, Chase was involved in a hit-and-run incident that ended with a high-speed chase on Interstate 5.
Police said Chase now frequently uses public transportation in the Portland Metro area and he may have been spotted near Southeast 122nd Avenue and Southeast Powell Boulevard Monday.
Officials believe he may be with homeless people in that area. Anyone with information about Chase’s whereabouts was asked to contact Oregon City police at 503-496-1616.
