HONOLULU -- The man accused of killing Ivy Harris in Hawaii last month will now be prosecuted by a military court.
Investigators believe 38-year-old Nathaniel Cosby, a U.S. Marine, killed Harris while she was celebrating her 29th birthday.
Experts say a court martial offers an advantage to prosecutors.
The military requires just two thirds of jurors to agree on a conviction, unlike civilian courts that need a unanimous verdict.
