PORTLAND -- Northwest Cornelius Pass Road was closed from U.S. Highway 30 to Northwest Skyline Boulevard after a log truck crash Monday morning, officials said.
The crash was reported just after 11 a.m. and resulted in several downed power lines, said Multnomah County spokesman Mike Pullen. No injuries were reported.
The road was not expected to reopen until at least 2 p.m., he said.
Pullen suggested Highway 26 as a detour. Drivers carrying hazardous cargo were asked to take Interstate 5 to Highway 217, and then head west to Highway 26.
