LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. – A man arrested for burglarizing a Lake Oswego hotel pleaded guilty Thursday and was sentenced in court.
Brandon Kline, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of burglary in the second degree. He was sentenced to 14 months in the department of corrections and one year on parole.
Kline was arrested at the Fairfield Inn & Suites when an alert employee called 911 after spotting him roaming the hallways and tampering with security cameras.
After responding two times, officers spotted Kline casing the hotel, according to Sgt. Tom Hamann with Lake Oswego police.
“He had several different hotel keys, some other burglar tools on him, and a flashlight,” Hamann said.
