HILLSBORO, Ore. -- A cable-TV reality show featuring a unique Hillsboro family will be ending soon, after six seasons.
“Little People, Big World” stars the Roloff family in their daily adventures as they run a 34-acre pumpkin farm in Hillsboro.
Parents Matt and Amy are little people, along with their son, Zach. The other three children, Jacob, Molly and Zach’s fraternal twin, Jeremy were not born with dwarfism.
The family has welcomed viewers to share their daily lives as they struggle in a world that isn't always accepting of differences.
Matt is also the former president of Little People of America, an advocacy group for little people and issues affecting their lives.
The show has been on television for six seasons, spanning over four years and 200 episodes on TLC. The final show will be broadcast on September 6th.
The family has not said exactly why they decided to shut down the reality show.
