GRESHAM – A man who said he drank three bottles of Mike’s Hard Lemonade was arrested for DUII in Gresham early Thursday after he collided with a sheriff’s patrol car on his bike.

Donald Munoz, 32, of Gresham rode his bike through red light and collided with the front of a sheriff’s car on Northwest Eastman Parkway and Northwest Burnside shortly after 1:30 a.m., according to a Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office report.

Munoz stayed on his bike and was arrested after a conversation with the officer whom he collided with. No one was reportedly injured.

The officer found an open container of yellow liquid on Munoz’s bike that he determined to be alcohol.
