PORTLAND – Another cold blanket of fog swept into Portland overnight Saturday and will continue to ice things over into the early hours of Sunday morning.
KGW Meteorologist Rod Hill said to expect another evening with temperatures in the mid 20s with widespread freezing fog that may cause patches of ice.
The on-going temperature inversion hitting the Portland metro area will cause conditions to stay in place through Monday, Hill said.
Additional warming shelters are available for those in need of a warm bed during the freezing evenings.
