OREGON CITY, Ore. -- A man accused of exposing his genitals to a store clerk in Oregon City was arrested after returning to the store to do it again hours later, police said.

The clerk told police there had been a flasher inside the Plaid Pantry on Leland Road late Friday afternoon, according to the Oregon City police Sgt. Matthew Paschall.

The suspect returned and exposed himself a second time, but the clerk was unable to get the license plate number of his vehicle.

When the vehicle returned to the store a third time at 10 p.m., the clerk got the plate number and called 911.

Police tracked down 51-year-old Phillip James Flateau at his Oregon City home and arrested him, Paschall said.

He was jailed for public indecency with a bail of $6,250.
