PORTLAND - Drawing attention to violence against women on Valentine's Day, a group called One Billion Rising rallied and marched in downtown Portland Thursday.
The F14 group said they also hoped to highlight efforts to fight sex trafficking in Portland.
Organizers said there were more than 5,000 actions organized from 160 nations.
The rally started at Directors Park on SW Park Avenue at 3 p.m. A march followed through downtown.
