MULINO, Ore. – A Mulino-area driver was involved in two separate, suspected DUII crashes driving two different cars Monday night, according to police.
Oregon State Police were notified the driver of a possible DUII crash was trying to get his car towed from S. Eldorado Road and Highway 213.
Troopers said 54-year-old Leo Brown crashed his Nissan Sentra into some brush, then went back to get his Hyundai to try and pull out the stuck car.
On the way, investigators said Brown drove off of the highway and landed with the Hyundai's back end sticking straight up in the air. Brown was not hurt, and cited for DUII, drug possession and reckless driving.
Other charges may be pending, OSP said.
