VANCOUVER, Wash. – A gang suspect has been arrested in the shooting of a 19-year-old Vancouver man last weekend.
On Wednesday, Madera California police stopped a stolen vehicle and arrested suspect Gregorio Chavez, who was awaiting extradition to Clark County.
Police found Jose Reyes injured from gunshot wounds shortly after midnight near the 3300 block of East 18th Street, police said.
