TACOMA, Wash. -- About three-dozen people are demonstrating outside the federal Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma.

KOMO Radio reports about 10 of them have locked themselves together to block an entrance.

Organizers with the Not One More Deportation campaign say they want to draw attention to deportations that break up families. They complain the Obama administration has deported more people than the previous Bush administration.

Demonstrators who showed up about 6:30 a.m. Monday carried "Not one more" signs. One sign says, "Please don't send my daddy back home. I need him here."

Detention Center employees are going to work by parking their cars and walking past demonstrators.
