Death row inmate Longo wants to be organ donor

SALEM, Ore. (AP) -- Death Row inmate Christian Longo has launched a Web site to campaign to become an organ donor.

A Corrections Department spokeswoman, Jennifer Black, says it considers organ donations on a case-by-case basis. One case was a bone marrow transplant for a prisoner's relative.Black told The Statesman Journal officials don't want prisoners selling their organs.

Longo is facing the death penalty for killing his wife and three children.
