ASTORIA, Ore. — The Coast Guard on Thursday recovered the body of a 32-year-old fisherman who fell from a crabbing vessel.

It happened about 10 miles from the mouth of the Columbia River.

Coast Guard Group Air Astoria said crews got the radio call around 1 p.m. from the fishing vessel Ballard reporting a man overboard.

A dive team recovered the body not far from the vessel Thursday evening.
