PORTLAND – Security cameras captured a burglar ransacking booze from a Sherwood restaurant early Monday morning.

Just before 4 a.m., the suspect broke in through a roof hatch at Clancy’s pub and restaurant at 16066 SW 1st Street in Sherwood's old town. The man then loaded up his backpack with bottles of alcohol before making his way back through the opening in the ceiling, Sherwood police said.

The suspect didn’t take anything else but the hard stuff. He was described as a white man around 5-foot-9, weighing around 170 lbs. He was wearing dark clothing, white gloves and a black mask.

Police wanted anyone with information to call them at 503-625-5523.
