PORTLAND, Ore. -- Portland police are looking into what caused a crash that killed a bicyclist.
The man was dead when officers and emergency crews arrived at the intersection of Southeast 148th Avenue and Southeast Mill Street.
Police say the driver who hit him stayed at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
