SEATTLE -- Harborview Medical Center in Seattle says Richard Bach remains in serious condition Thursday in intensive care.
He suffered a head injury and broken shoulder when his small plane crashed last Friday on San Juan Island.
The 76-year-old Richard Bach had a New York Times No. 1 best seller in 1970 with "Jonathan Livingston Seagull."
