PORTLAND-- Around 12,000 users across the metro area were without power Thursday afternoon, according to Portland General Electric.
Washington County had nearly 10,000 customers without power. Multnomah had around 1,400 without power and Clackamas had just over 760 without power.
In Clackamas and Washington counties outages were due to equipment failure, according to the PGE website. A vehicle accident and "unknown" reasons were the listed causes for outages in Multnomah County, according to the site.
