PORTLAND – Police arrested all three people suspected of robbing a Broadway Cab driver in Southeast Portland on Jan. 8.
A 16-year-old suspect was arrested the night of the robbery, and on Jan. 29, officers arrested a 17-year-old girl suspected in the case, according to Sgt. Pete Simpson with Portland police.
Finally, on Feb. 6, Police arrested 18-year-old Stephen Alexander Hartley III (pictured) in connection with the crime, Simpson said.
It all started just after midnight on Jan. 8, when the suspects robbed the cabbie near Southeast 157th Avenue and Southeast Division Street. No one was injured as the suspects took off before police got to the scene.

Hours later, the 16-year-old suspect was caught and arrested. Police then released surveillance images of the remaining suspects and Crime Stoppers tip started coming in.
The 17-year-old suspect was arrested the same day and police identified Hartley as the other suspect, Simpson said.
Hartley was booked in the Multnomah County Jail on several charges including first-degree robbery. The other suspects were hit with similar charges and booked in a juvenile detention center.
